Green Technologies for Sustainable Water Management
The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) recently added a new book to their library titled Green Technologies for Sustainable Water Management. This book provides in-depth information on sustainable water and stormwater management. The 28-chapter collection describes science-based principles and technological advances behind green technologies that can be effective solutions to pressing environmental problems. In addition to water and wastewater management, the book covers aspects of pollution prevention, control, remediation, and restoration. The editors explore applying these technologies toward a sustainable society and identify future research and development needs.
