Conference Coordinator/ Facilitator Opening
SURF is seeking an enthusiastic professional to provide conference coordination and facilitation for SURF meetings and events. This position entails considerable interaction with Board members, organization members and financial sponsors, invited presenters, event facility personnel, and other individuals working with the organization. The selected candidate will:
- Provide administrative support and facilitation of various meeting activities of the organization.
- Be responsible for management of the organization’s bi‐annual meetings and facilitation of these meetings and various webinars in support of the Meetings and Programs Committee.
- Provide support to the Communications Committee in the areas of email and web advertising for meeting activities.
- Support the Board of Trustees as requested.
Ideal candidates have experience with environmental engineering, management, or remediation industries, community/public outreach, or non‐profit organizations.
