Green and Sustainable Remediation at 2013 AGU Fall Meeting
The 2013 American Geophysical Union (AGU) Fall Meeting will be held December 9-13, 2013, in San Francisco, California. The meeting is one of the largest academic conferences in the world, drawing over 20,000 attendees each year.
A special session, H031 - Green and Sustainable Remediation of Contaminated Sites, will focus on scientific results and their application related to the green and sustainable remediation of contaminated sites. Research subjects may include:
- remediation life cycle assessment studies
- sustainable remediation technologies
- case study of sustainable practices in the investigation, remediation, and long-term management of contaminated sites
- relevant policy and sustainability studies
The abstract submission deadline is August 6, 2013 via the meeting's web interface of the fall meeting.
