Parking:
Daily permits are available for all visitors, as well as CSU staff, faculty, and students for $6.00 each.

• Daily permit dispenser machines are located in the Moby Lot (195), the Spruce Lot (330), the Art Lot (505), the University Square Lot (575), and the Veterinary Teaching Hospital West Lot (725).
• Daily scratch-off permits are available for students, faculty, staff, and visitors at Parking Services (1508 Center Avenue, corner of Prospect Road and Center Avenue in the Lake Street Parking Garage).

There are several lots available near the meeting venue.

Hotel Recommendations:
Hilton Fort Collins
SURF has arranged for discounted lodging at the Hilton Fort Collins, which is about a 10-minute walk from the meeting venue.  The lodging package is available until June 21 and is valid from arrival on Sunday, July 21 to departure on Friday, July 27.  The package includes the Hilton Signature Buffet Breakfast.  Rates start at $129 (plus taxes) for a single room

Hilton has provided a website for SURF attendees to reserve their rooms.  You can also make room reservations by phone at 970-482-2626 (refer to the Sustainable Remediation Forum).

Group Dinner:
SURF's group dinners are a fun and ongoing tradition.  Dinner is $30 per person and reservations are made by selecting the 'Dinner' box on the meeting registration page.

Transportation Options:
Denver International Airport is the closest major airport.

You can either use a rental car or a shuttle service like SuperShuttle (www.supershuttle.com) to reach Ft. Collins in about an hour.  Green Ride operates on an hourly schedule between Fort Collins and Denver International Airport, and are offering SURF meeting attendees a discount of $5 on each reservation made with their service.  You can book reservations at the discounted rate by making reservations via the SURF Conference portal, or by calling 888-472-6656.  Please be sure to mention that you are with the “SURF Conference” to ensure you get the discount (it is best to do this early in the reservation or while confirming email and credit card information).  You may also book reservations through the main Green Ride website.  Enter SURF as the profile ID at the bottom of the page.  See the main website for a full schedule and additional information.
